For the past week or two I have been trying to steer away from drinking coffee. I know, I’m insane. But I just feel like it stains my teeth and isn’t the healthiest option. I like things that are very sweet so I always found myself putting loads of sweetener and creamer in my cup, making it nice and unhealthy. So in looking for a new alternative I thought about my favorite Starbucks beverage (Iced Soy Chai Latte). I thought, “I can make that at work, no problem.” I did a bit of experimenting and have come up with the most delicious, and healthy concoction that is also perfect for the upcoming fall months. Plus, I still get the caffeine boost that I want. I use one Good Earth Sweet Chai of Mine tea bag, one tub of half & half (or sometimes just a splash of 30 calorie unsweetened vanilla almond milk) and one Stevia in the Raw packet. Delicious!
