Clean Blueberry Overnight Oats 

Happy Hump Day my dears!  If you saw my Instagram post this morning then you know that I promised you the recipe to this delicious breakfast of mine.  It’s not only clean, healthy, and nutritious, but it’s so freakin’ good.  You feel like your having a cheat.  This recipe is super easy too!  All you do is take all of the ingredients below and put them in a mason jar and seal.  Mix them up and refrigerate over night.  Pull it out in the morning and enjoy! 1 Mason Jar 
1/2 Cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 Scoop Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Isolate Protein Powder in Vanilla (You can use any protein powder you want, but this is the one I use)
1Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Packed of Stevia in the Raw
1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/4 Cup Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt (Plain)
